Life span of my egg plant ??

App3ls bought me an egg plant during his last trip to KL. You guys must be wondering, what is egg plant? Egg is egg, plant is plant, how could both be related? Well, "egg plant" is my naming for it. It's plant that planted in egg shape casing.

Well, i am not someone who like gardening. If a few, then perhaps more manageable. But if a lot, then i want to withdraw myself. So when mom is not around, when i have to take care of the houseworks, nothing trouble me, but i don't like watering the plants. Reason? coz i have to mop the floor after watering, coz by then the floor is all wet!!! Well, mommy's style is always different. Don't ask me why. She can always forget about anything, but not her plants! "Girl, don't forget to water my plants!!" Okay, i am now a bit out of topic. App3ls asked me to grow the egg plant, jokingly saying that to test how much effort that i shower into our relationship.

At first, i started to crack the egg and growing it at my office. When it first cracked, you could only see a seed, carved with "I love U". Well, nothing on table attracts people well except this egg plant. My colleagues were curious to find out. Y2 and 13thpanda even asked me to show them when it's fully grown and the wording of "I love U" can be seen. According to the instruction tagged along with the egg plant, it took 7-10 days to grow. But mine took more than that to grow. Partly i think cause i left it at the office during weekends. So no water feeding for 2 days. Everyday except weekend, first thing that i do is to feed her water. After few weeks, it does grow taller a bit, from 2 baby leaves to 2 bigger leaves. Ahem, don't compare to the plant that grow in vase. It's only 1/100 of the size i think?

Last friday, I decided to bring her home. I "she bu de" to leave her alone for the weekend. So thinking changing an environment would do good for her. But the leaves, seemed so sad, bending down. I wonder is it the satay stick thin stem couldn't support the weight of the leaves? Or it lacks of mineral or whatsover? Poor baby.

No more loso, see my egg plant under my care!! If the life span is 100 yrs old of human life, i think it is now 50 yrs old! It start to age. That's the best that i can do ~ to water her everyday. The instruction says, water is enough. It seemed that i can't show proud my egg plant to my colleagues.

See? The leaves are bending down.
