Dunno-wat-name plant

I've always attracted to this pot of plant at the main door of my house.

Then just now when came back from outside, here came my mood to take a photo of it. hehe, time to play with camera mar. :p testing, testing ...

Here, i don't know what's the name of the plant ... anyone know? Please tell me. =)
