Bye Bye 2006; Welcome 2007

Oh I didn't know can blog! I thought the internet is yet back to normal due to the earthquake at south taiwan. :p

Ops, I don't bother to try to access it also, so it's my fault. :p Not all though, because it's always take me so long to load a page.

So, 2006 is gone, let's welcome 2007! Although it's already the 3rd day of 2007, it's still never too late to say "Happy New Year" eh? May year 2007 is great one for everyone!

Let's review my new year eve. No crowd, no shout, no shrieks ... It was a raining night. Driving around in town, couldn't target at where to go! Amoebar was all booked and we didn't want to get a seat under the tent outside the travillion path.

So, App3l and I headed to "Sharing" for our 1st round of supper. We had this meal "Welcome 2007" of chicken with cheese. It was terribly cooked. Taste bad.

Since it's undecided where to go, and our friends have no better suggestion, so we went to look for our friends at a steamboat house. There, we had our 2nd round of supper! We had tomyam soup. Wow, it's so yummy. What was greater than having hot steamboat at a raining cold night? That was my 5th meal on 31st Dec, 2006!

Then, we decided to crack the environment by playing some firecrackers. Here was when little misfortune fall on a friend. He burnt the tip of the firecracker or 'pao' on hand, and it exploded before he was in time to throw it away. Everybody was getting to their nerves. But he still could drive, so we just assume he was fine.

He was hurt at the right thumb. It's bleeding. His shirt was torn a hole at the middle. He didn't feel any pain until his sister flipped his shirt and there was a wound somewhere upper his stomach and below his chest and one at his arm.

Thank goodness he was fit enough although he was getting pale. If me, I think I would have fall unconscious. :p Then, the sister sent him to Kuching Specialist and that's the end of the day.

So, be more careful when play with firecrackers. Don't burn yourself!
